Job Summary
Lead discovery workshops with prospective customers to understand business challenges and shape solution approaches that align with ServiceNow capabilities. Act as the lead solution designer for opportunities, defining architectures, delivery approaches, and target outcomes while producing high-quality documentation. Provide independent assurance on ServiceNow programmes throughout the delivery lifecycle, reviewing artefacts to identify risks and ensuring adherence to platform standards and best practice. Collaborate with account teams, architects, and delivery groups to support bids, proposals, and presentations to senior stakeholders. Maintain awareness of emerging industry trends and contribute to internal capability growth through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a ServiceNow consulting, architecture, pre-sales, or solution design role
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its key modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, IRM/GRC, HRSD, CSM, and App Engine
- Experience leading solution design activities for complex digital transformation programmes
- Demonstrable experience supporting bids, proposals, and customer presentations
- Strong understanding of public sector procurement and framework-based opportunities
- Experience performing delivery assurance, governance reviews, or programme health checks
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and technical teams
- Commercially aware, with experience supporting estimation, business cases, and opportunity qualification
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work across multiple opportunities and engagements simultaneously
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Master Architect
- ITIL Foundation or higher
- Agile Practitioner, Scrum Master, PRINCE2, or equivalent delivery qualification
- Appropriate security clearance depending on client requirements
