ServiceNow Practice Strategist – Telecom

Job Summary
As a ServiceNow Practice Strategist, you will lead the delivery of ServiceNow solutions for large client programs, mentor a team of Software Engineers, and act as a Solution Architect by hosting workshops, designing, and implementing solutions. Responsibilities include assisting Pre-Sales with service engagement scoping, serving as the primary technical contact for projects, and ensuring solutions align with best practices. A deep understanding of Telecom systems, a minimum of 8 years of experience in SaaS/PaaS environments, and 3 years of direct ServiceNow experience are required. The role also emphasizes collaboration, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- 8-12 years’ experience at a SaaS, PaaS, or Enterprise Software Development Company
- 3+ years of ServiceNow Platform Experience
- Knowledge of ITIL, minimum Foundation and/or CSDM, Common Service Data Model
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex situations
- Fundamental understanding of the CSM data model (Accounts, Contacts, Cases, Entitlements, etc.)
- Experience with documentation software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lucidchart)
- Proven ability to consult as a key technical resource leading the development and delivery of ServiceNow solutions
Desired Qualifications
- Deep experience with TSM, TNI, ITSM, FSM on the ServiceNow Platform
- Experience with Order Management for Customer Service Management
- Proficient in one of the following product lines: CSM, HR, ITBM, ITOM, Performance Analytics, SecOps, or Software Asset Mgmt.
- Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
- ServiceNow Micro-certs
