Job Summary
ServiceNow Platform Owner responsible for end-to-end platform strategy, governance, and value realization of the ServiceNow/ITSM ecosystem. Lead platform development across modules (CSM, SMP, ITOM, AI Assist), drive automation and AI opportunities, manage roadmap with business stakeholders, oversee budgeting, licensing, and partner/vendor collaboration, ensure security and regulatory compliance, and guide a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced enterprise environment. Role emphasizes translating business requirements into platform solutions, sprint planning, BAU tasks, and delivering enterprise-grade ITSM services with an emphasis on AI-enabled improvements. Remote-friendly with London office as a base; occasional travel may be required.
