Job Summary
Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets while ensuring SLA compliance. Configure and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, ACLs, Workflows, and Flow Designer. Develop custom applications, implement IRM/GRC, VR, and SecOps modules, and build integrations via REST APIs and SOAP services. Perform platform deployments, upgrades, patching, and migrations across environments. Monitor performance, conduct health checks, troubleshoot production issues, and create reports and dashboards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to identify optimization opportunities. Requires CSA and CAD certifications.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in ServiceNow Development, Configuration, and Maintenance
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC)
- Experience with Vulnerability Response (VR) or Security Operations (SecOps) modules
- Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, ACLs, Workflows, and Flow Designer
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and ServiceNow integrations
- Experience in ServiceNow platform deployments, upgrades, migrations, and maintenance
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
