Job Summary
ServiceNow Platform Engineer to administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user access, roles, data policies, and workflows; manage modules such as ITSM, CSM, SOM, SPM, FSM; configure forms, lists, catalog items, workflows, business rules, and notifications; collaborate with end-users and development teams to deliver platform enhancements; maintain documentation; ensure compliance with internal security policies and external standards; coordinate and manage ServiceNow workstreams across platform, development, and process teams; support integration with other enterprise systems via APIs; stay current with new ServiceNow features and best practices; proactively identify and mitigate platform risks and share knowledge with the team; requires CSA certification or willingness to obtain it; strong scripting (JavaScript, GlideRecord), API experience, reporting and dashboards, ACLs, UI policies, and Agile delivery familiarity; in-person, office-based role in Solihull, England (UK).
Required Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) — required, or a willingness to obtain certification
