Job Summary
ServiceNow Platform Engineer providing technical and consultative support on complex matters. Analyzes, designs, and develops systems based on user specifications; maintains knowledge of platform trends; may lead projects and train less experienced staff. Responsibilities include managing and resolving issues against ServiceNow apps, advising internal teams on process/tech inefficiencies, performing routine maintenance and performance monitoring, ensuring platform stability and best practices, managing instance security, user/group access, roles and ACLs, providing training across the platform, and developing reporting strategies for platform-wide insights. Strong OO programming knowledge and experience with Web Services REST/JSON are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in application development plan, ITSM and ServiceNow
