Job Summary

Monitor platform performance, logs, and security events to respond to incidents, conduct vulnerability assessments, and remediate findings. Manage instance upgrades, patching, and health checks, then audit compliance frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, and HIPAA. Collaborate with IT and business teams to support ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps modules, secure integrations via LDAP/SAML and APIs, and document configurations and standard operating procedures. Partner with developers and architects on secure app design and release management to keep the platform reliable and compliant.
