Job Summary
Install, configure, and maintain ServiceNow MID Servers on Windows and Linux, administering capabilities, schedules, and load distribution to support Discovery and Orchestration. Monitor ECC Queue processing, troubleshoot integration performance, and manage certificate lifecycles including TLS handshakes and trust store updates. Perform upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management with rollback planning while developing operational documentation and driving improvements through automation. Work in rotational shifts supporting a global 24x7 environment with on-call participation. Located in Bangalore or Hyderabad, India.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience administering ServiceNow MID Servers in enterprise environments
- Experience supporting ServiceNow Discovery and Orchestration use cases that rely on MID Servers
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows/Linux, networking, proxies, and TLS/certificates
- Scripting capability using PowerShell and/or Unix shell scripting (bash/sh) for automation and diagnostics
- Ability to work effectively in an operational environment (incident response, change coordination, documentation discipline)
- ServiceNow MID Server Administration
- ServiceNow Discovery support
- ServiceNow Orchestration support
- ECC Queue monitoring/troubleshooting
- Proxy configuration & connectivity troubleshooting
- TLS and certificate installation/renewal/rotation
- Must be willing to work in rotational shifts supporting a global 24x7 environment
- Participate in on-call rotations and major incident bridges as required
Desired Qualifications
- Linux administration
- DevOps concepts and operational automation practices
- Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts (availability, incident/problem management, reliability improvements)
- Network and Internet Security fundamentals
- Exposure to Public Cloud Security Architectures
- Exposure to Kubernetes
- Exposure to AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Familiarity with Edge Computing Architecture concepts
