Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CSM modules by creating custom applications, workflows, and business rules. Configure integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools via REST, SOAP, and APIs while managing CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Orchestration. Customize portals, dashboards, and reports to meet business requirements, then troubleshoot technical issues to provide timely resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions while adhering to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. Requires 10 years of hands-on experience, ServiceNow CSA certification, and proficiency in JavaScript and Glide API.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CSM modules
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and other scripting languages
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, API-based)
- Good understanding of CMDB design and maintenance
- Familiarity with Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration within ITOM
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- ServiceNow CSA certification required
Desired Qualifications
- CIS certifications (ITSM/ITOM/CSM/ITAM) preferred
