Required Qualifications
- 7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience (ITOM)
- Strong experience with ServiceNow Event Management (Mandatory)
- Experience with StreamConnect and Kafka event streaming
- Good understanding of monitoring and observability concepts
- Strong knowledge of alert lifecycle and event correlation
- JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting experience
- Experience with REST APIs and integrations
