Job Summary
Senior ServiceNow IRM GRC Consultant who partners with clients to identify risks in business processes and translate them into technical controls and solutions. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing Control Frameworks, conducting Control Assessments, Control Testing, and Continuous Control Monitoring, and delivering client-ready outcomes as part of the GRC Technology team. The role emphasizes building durable client relationships, working across locations (on-site or remote), and leveraging ServiceNow IRM, Third Party Risk Management, Privacy Management, or Business Continuity Management to meet regulatory and organizational requirements. The team is described as young, but experienced, with opportunities to further develop both personal and technical skills. Proficiency in Dutch and English is required, and the position supports a hybrid working model with a home workspace, Amstelveen, NL office, and client sites.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Information Management or Business Administration preferred
- 1-5 years of demonstrable IT Risk Management experience
- Knowledge/experience with ServiceNow IRM, Third Party Risk Management, Privacy Management or Business Continuity Management preferred
- Experience with Internal Control Frameworks development and implementation
- Ability to determine compliance of processes and IT systems with requirements
- Willingness to quickly develop new technical skills
- Attention to detail with big-picture communication to clients
- Fluent Dutch and English (written and spoken)
