Job Summary
ServiceNow IRM - Developer, Associate role focused on configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform for GRC/IRM to implement business solutions. Collaborates with Business Analysts to translate requirements, follows an Architecture-first approach, and develops on the ServiceNow platform. Participates in unit testing, code reviews, pair programming, and UAT defect resolution; supports Agile ceremonies (story pointing, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, Show & Tell, retrospectives). Requires extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow components (Client Script, Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Pages, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI Scripts, Script Actions, REST APIs, Email Notifications) and a proven track record delivering solutions using ServiceNow development best practices in an Agile/SCRUM environment. Expected to have 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience and strong communication skills for virtual, multi-location teams.
Required Qualifications
- ServiceNow in-depth product knowledge (specifically on the ServiceNow GRC/IRM module)
- Hands-on with all ServiceNow components: Client Script, Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Pages, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI Scripts, Script Actions, REST APIs, Email Notifications
- Experience delivering solutions using ServiceNow development best practices
- Experience in an Agile/SCRUM environment
- Minimum 8 years development experience in ServiceNow
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, ability to work in virtual teams across multiple locations
