Job Summary
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules for ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD while supporting workflow development, form creation, and business rule scripting. Perform data entry, imports, and basic JavaScript scripting to maintain platform integrity. Troubleshoot system issues, provide user support, and collaborate with teams to gather requirements and document processes. Participate in testing, deployment, and system upgrades to ensure smooth operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in enterprise workflow automation and platform administration for candidates pursuing degrees in Computer Science or IT.
Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of ServiceNow platform or ITSM concepts
