Job Summary
Configure and customize ServiceNow HRSD modules, design and develop custom HR applications, and maintain integrations with external HR systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Responsibilities include implementing automated HR service delivery workflows, supporting data migration, and collaborating with stakeholders. Requires strong JavaScript skills, ServiceNow development experience, and familiarity with HR processes. Must have ServiceNow certifications.
Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform with a focus on HRSD modules.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow client/server-side scripting.
- Experience building and customizing ServiceNow HRSD case management, lifecycle events, and knowledge base.
- Proven expertise in integrating ServiceNow HRSD with external HR systems using APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Familiarity with Flow Designer, Service Portal, and Scoped Applications development.
- Good understanding of HR processes and workflows (e.g., employee onboarding, offboarding, case management).
- Knowledge of data privacy and security principles related to HR data.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with HR and IT teams.
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with HR data models, CMDB, and LDAP integrations.
- Exposure to DevOps practices, source control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of ITIL and HR compliance frameworks.
