Job Summary
ServiceNow Healthcare Consultant responsible for configuring and optimizing ServiceNow workflows, ITSM, and enterprise service delivery in a remote contract role. Drive requirements documentation, streamline intake and ticketing, automate processes, and support implementation and stabilization activities in collaboration with IT, operations, and service management teams. Expected to contribute expertise in ServiceNow configuration, workflow design, testing, reporting, portals, integrations, and stakeholder communication to improve service delivery in a healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications
- ServiceNow consulting, administration, or implementation experience
- Healthcare or provider environment experience preferred
- Experience with ITSM, workflow automation, portals, reporting, or integrations
- Strong business analysis and stakeholder communication skills
