Job Summary
Design, develop, configure, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform with a focus on GRC/IRM. Develop and customize workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, UI Policies, and Flow Designer. Maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server. Participate in version upgrades, including impact analysis, remediation, testing, and post-upgrade activities. Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with architects and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions. Follow best practices and maintain technical documentation. Requires 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC, integrations, scripting, and version upgrades.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM
- Strong experience in ServiceNow integrations
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
- Good experience with ServiceNow configuration, customization, workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and ACLs
- Proven experience in ServiceNow version upgrades and upgrade impact analysis
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in an enterprise ServiceNow environment
