Job Summary
Lead the technical aspects of a large ServiceNow modernization and operations & maintenance program, encompassing envisioning, integrating, configuring, and sustaining software essential for end-to-end infrastructure performance. Manage agency-wide IT Service Management upgrades, improve monitoring of disparate datasets, and integrate AI-enabled automated assistance. Maintain TS/SCI clearance and AWS expertise while overseeing design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow automation. This role supports mission-driven federal work within a small, high-performing team focused on quality and collaborative problem-solving.
Required Qualifications
- Active/current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or related technical field
- 3+ years of recent and relevant experience as a service provider, providing design, development, integration, configuration, and O&M of ServiceNow automation
Desired Qualifications
- ServiceNow certification(s), specifically CTA (Certified Technical Architect) and/or CMA (Certified Master Architect)
- AWS certification(s)
- Experience in training, integrating, and/or deploying AI chatbots
