Job Summary
ServiceNow Engineer role focusing on end-to-end support and maintenance of the ServiceNow HAM module in a hybrid Brussels-based setting. Responsibilities include identifying and resolving technical bugs and integration errors, bridging business needs with technical execution, monitoring and auditing Asset-CI synchronization to ensure CMDB accuracy, recommending and implementing enhancements to HAM dashboards and reports, and creating end-user documentation and training materials. Ideal candidates will have ITIL foundations, CSA and CIS-HAM certifications, extensive ServiceNow ITSM/HAM experience, and strong UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and integration knowledge (REST/SOAP/XML).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
- ITIL Foundation certification
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM)
- Proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) solutions
- Hands-on experience supporting or implementing the ServiceNow HAM Professional module
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow fundamentals (UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, platform configuration)
- Familiarity with hardware discovery and asset management tools and integrations with ServiceNow
