Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
  • Experience leading or guiding ServiceNow implementations using Agile methodologies
  • Strong ITSM and ITOM experience
  • Experience delivering ServiceNow integrations with external systems
  • Foundational understanding of ServiceNow development concepts
  • Delivery & Engagement Management experience
  • Agile delivery model experience
  • Stakeholder management
  • ITIL/ITSM/SACM concepts knowledge
  • ServiceNow Foundational Certifications (CSA and/or CAD)
  • ServiceNow Implementation Certifications (CIS)
  • ServiceNow Sales Accreditations
