Job Summary
ServiceNow Engagement Manager role focused on leading client-facing implementations of ServiceNow ITOM/ITSM environments. Responsibilities include end-to-end engagement ownership, solutioning, scoping, proposal development, facilitating workshops, documenting requirements, designing process solutions, configuring the platform, providing post-go-live support, and driving value through advisory services and cross-team coordination. Requires strong communication and problem-solving to translate business needs into effective ServiceNow solutions, with up to 25% travel in the Southeast and candidate based in the United States (Pennsylvania).
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
- Experience leading or guiding ServiceNow implementations using Agile methodologies
- Strong ITSM and ITOM experience
- Experience delivering ServiceNow integrations with external systems
- Foundational understanding of ServiceNow development concepts
- Delivery & Engagement Management experience
- Agile delivery model experience
- Stakeholder management
- ITIL/ITSM/SACM concepts knowledge
- ServiceNow Foundational Certifications (CSA and/or CAD)
- ServiceNow Implementation Certifications (CIS)
- ServiceNow Sales Accreditations
