Job Summary
Lead and direct DevOps delivery activities across client, supplier, and third-party teams to ensure effective delivery of platform objectives. Oversee the end-to-end DevOps lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines, release management, and environment governance, while guiding prioritization of platform demand. Establish governance forums, reporting structures, and stakeholder engagement activities to support decision-making and delivery oversight. Act as a senior liaison across business stakeholders, IT teams, and technology vendors to align on priorities and risks. Define, monitor, and improve delivery KPIs and operational metrics to drive continuous optimization and platform scalability. This 7-month immediate start assignment with a global technology services provider focuses on enhancing the ServiceNow operating model, release controls, and automation capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience providing leadership for enterprise-scale DevOps functions and technology delivery teams
- Strong ServiceNow expertise across platform development, operations, release management and service delivery
- Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating delivery across multiple suppliers and stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with Agile delivery models, backlog prioritisation and demand management
- Strong understanding of CI/CD practices, release management, deployment processes and integration architectures
- Experience establishing governance frameworks, operating models and performance management approaches within complex enterprise environments
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills, including experience working with senior business and technology leaders
