Job Summary

The Engineer III, IT Infrastructure leads the architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions to modernize workflows and enhance operational excellence. Key responsibilities include designing secure configurations, driving automation capabilities, providing technical leadership in form development, and ensuring platform reliability. The role requires strong experience with ServiceNow form design, proficiency in JavaScript, and familiarity with ServiceNow modules. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least four years of experience in IT roles, and certifications in technical areas.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience with ServiceNow form design and configuration
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and UI scripting within ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow modules like Incident, Change, and Service Catalog
  • Understanding of ServiceNow data model and relationships
  • Experience with Flow Designer and low-code/no-code tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Now Assist and GenAI Capabilities with ServiceNow
  • Minimum 4-year experience working in System Administrator Information Technology roles
  • Minimum 1 year exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP

Desired Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred
  • Technical certifications: VMware VCP, AWS Certified SA, Azure Administrator Associate
