Job Summary
Configure and develop ServiceNow modules, applications, and custom scoped apps using JavaScript, AngularJS, and Flow Designer. Coordinate with administrators, architects, and business analysts to deliver projects involving ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB enhancements. Perform integration with external applications via REST/SOAP and build customized Service Portal pages with Bootstrap widgets. Assist with platform upgrades, testing, and implementation between development and production instances while working closely with onshore and offshore teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years related experience
- Previous experience in deploying and managing ServiceNow
- Deep working knowledge of ITSM
- Deep working knowledge of ITOM
- Deep working knowledge of CMDB
- Deep working knowledge of Service Portal
- Deep working knowledge of Integration Hub
- Hands-on experience with and demonstrated proficiency in JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with and demonstrated proficiency in Angular JS
- Hands-on experience with and demonstrated proficiency in other related languages
- System integration experience using web services
- System integration experience using XML
- System integration experience using HTML
- System integration experience using AJAX
- System integration experience using CSS
- System integration experience using HTTP
- System integration experience using REST/SOAP
- Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications
- Experience with use of Workflow Editor
- Experience with use of Flow Designer
- Understanding of ServiceNow's license and entitlement structure
- Experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades
- Experience with Automated Testing Framework
