Job Summary
Senior Associate – ServiceNow Developer focused on IRM, TPRM, and SecOps. Design, develop, and enhance risk, compliance, third-party, and security workflows on the ServiceNow platform. Build and maintain workflows, Flow Designer flows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations; ensure performance, scalability, security, and upgrade readiness. Collaborate with risk, compliance, security, procurement, and IT stakeholders; mentor junior developers; support UAT, production deployments, and post-go-live stabilization. Emphasizes governance, access controls, audit logging, data quality, and alignment with enterprise risk frameworks; enable traceability across risks, controls, issues, and remediation actions; deliver dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience with hands-on expertise in IRM, TPRM, and/or SecOps
- Strong understanding of risk management, third-party risk, compliance, and cybersecurity operations
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting, integrations (REST), and data models
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
