Job Summary
Develop, enhance, and maintain the ServiceNow platform while driving workflow automation and enterprise service management solutions. Execute design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and code reviews across the full SDLC for ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps initiatives. Build REST APIs and integrations using JSON, leveraging JavaScript and scripting expertise with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and Flow Designer. Participate in Agile/Scrum cycles with Jira. Requires 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, CSA certification, and strong communication skills. Join an enterprise Platform Engineering team in Phoenix, AZ, supporting long-term contract engagement with onsite availability.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong experience with ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps modules
- Expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
- Hands-on experience with Business Rules
- Hands-on experience with Client Scripts
- Hands-on experience with UI Policies
- Hands-on experience with ACLs
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Application Development
- Experience building REST APIs and integrations using JSON
- Agile/Scrum experience with Jira
- Ability to participate across the full SDLC including design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and code reviews
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
