Job Summary
Senior Development Manager for ServiceNow ITOM engagements, leading design, development, and support of software solutions. Responsible for engineering practices, SRE responsibilities with automated testing, QA checks, and code scans; collaborates with a Scrum Master to prioritize backlog and craft INVEST-aligned user stories; participates in selecting and training team members to foster growth and deliver high-quality software on time. Emphasizes leadership, customer focus, inclusive teamwork, and ongoing learning within a hybrid-friendly, supportive environment.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM implementations
- Strong expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
- Proficient in JavaScript, Jelly scripting, and API integrations
- Experience with MID Server configuration and troubleshooting
- Good understanding of networking protocols, server infrastructure, and IT operations
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery or Service Mapping
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Preferred: Experience with AIOps, ML-based analytics, or predictive maintenance tools; familiarity with CMDB health and governance frameworks; exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and discovery in hybrid setups; ITIL v4 or ITSM/ITOM best practices; experience with ServiceNow integrations (e.g., SolarWinds, AppDynamics, Zabbix); prior involvement in Agile or DevOps environments
