Job Summary
ServiceNow QA Engineer/Developer to support a global enterprise ServiceNow SAM integration program. Responsibilities include executing functional, integration, regression, and data validation test cases for publisher integrations (Direct, Custom, API, and RPA), validating entitlement reconciliation, software discovery mappings, normalization rules, and reclamation workflows for publishers such as Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, IBM, and SAP. Create and maintain test cases and defect logs in ServiceNow ATF, Jira, or client tooling; triage and reproduce defects with admins and developers; support UAT cycles and contribute to knowledge-transfer artifacts. Requires 2+ years of QA experience with ServiceNow testing, API testing, SQL, and experience using test management tools; ServiceNow ATF scripting in JavaScript; hybrid remote work with offices in Boulder, CO and Bengaluru, KA, India.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on QA experience with ServiceNow testing
- Mandatory skills: functional, integration, and regression test cases for enterprise web or SaaS apps
- Experience with API testing (Postman or SoapUI) and basic SQL for backend data validation
- Familiarity with at least one test management tool (Jira/Zephyr, qTest, HP ALM, or ServiceNow Test Management)
- ServiceNow ATF scripting using JavaScript required
- Strong written and verbal communication to document test evidence and collaborate with stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on QA experience
- ServiceNow testing
- Hands-on experience writing and executing functional, integration, and regression test cases
- API testing using Postman or SoapUI
- SQL for backend data validation
- Experience with test management tools (Jira/Zephyr, qTest, HP ALM, or ServiceNow Test Management)
- ServiceNow ATF custom scripts using JavaScript
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, or SAM modules (nice to have)
- Certifications – ServiceNow CSA, ITIL 4 Foundation, ISTQB Foundation Level (nice to have)
