Job Summary
Design and configure ServiceNow GRC modules including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management. Customize workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports while building and modifying Workspaces specific to GRC. Develop client/server-side scripts such as Business Rules and UI Policies, then integrate with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers. Perform platform maintenance, upgrades, and user support while collaborating with business users to enhance functionality. Monitor and resolve integration issues and optimize performance through efficient scripting. Join immediately for a role at a leading global company like KPMG in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform
- Strong capabilities in GRC module implementation
- ServiceNow Workspace development
- Portal customization
- Integration with third-party platforms
- Strong experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Workspace and Portal development
- Advanced scripting knowledge – JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes
- Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Platform administration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Exposure to other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, SecOps, ITOM)
