Job Summary
ServiceNow Developer responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow applications and integrations in a secure, fully onsite environment in Washington, DC. Responsibilities include building and maintaining scripts (UI policies, business rules, client scripts), automation, and integrations via REST/SOAP APIs; supporting upgrades and platform enhancements; collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions; troubleshooting and performance optimization; maintaining documentation and providing end-user support. Required qualifications include an Active Secret clearance (TS preferred), 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience, a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, and strong JavaScript/Glide API/Flow Designer skills, with familiarity in ITIL processes and federal environments.
