Job Summary
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows while building scripts, UI policies, and automation. Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and support platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security and compliance. Maintain documentation and support end users. Requires active Secret clearance (TS preferred), 3+ years of ServiceNow experience, and onsite work in Washington, DC. Required Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance
- 3+ years of hands‐on ServiceNow development experience
- Bachelor in computer science or related field
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and secure federal environments
- Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC
- Active Secret clearance (TS preferred)
Desired Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or System Administrator (CSA)
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, MID Server, and Discovery
- Background supporting federal agencies or classified environments
