Job Summary
Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow platform solutions including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and REST APIs. Implement custom applications, automation workflows, and enterprise integrations with Azure, Splunk, and Active Directory while maintaining platform governance and data integrity. Support platform upgrades, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and user experience. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions within Agile delivery processes.
Required Qualifications
- ServiceNow Development: 4–6 years
- ServiceNow Administration: 3–5 years
- ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM: 4–6 years
- Overall IT Experience: 8–10 years
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and propose effective solutions to business and technical challenges
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, organisational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Service Mapping
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- ServiceNow Micro-Certifications in CMDB, CSDM, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, Now Assist, AI Agents, or Platform Analytics
