Job Summary
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business needs; collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements; perform integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other ServiceNow methods; conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization of ServiceNow modules; provide timely technical support and troubleshooting; maintain clear development documentation; stay current with ServiceNow enhancements and best practices; requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and at least 3 years of ServiceNow development experience; focus on Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Catalog modules; strong JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML skills; experience with REST/SOAP integrations; ITIL and Agile knowledge preferred; Git experience beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience with demonstrated ability to deliver quickly
- Expertise in ServiceNow core modules such as Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Catalog
- Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML relevant to ServiceNow customization
- Experience with ServiceNow integration techniques, including REST and SOAP APIs
- Ability to join immediately and handle fast-paced project demands
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
