Job Summary
ServiceNow Developer role requires translating complex business requirements into technical designs and leading the development of ServiceNow applications. You will provide technical guidance to other developers, develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions, stay current with ServiceNow products and industry trends, conduct testing (unit, system, and integration), review functionality developed by the team, support platform upgrades, and ensure security, scalability, and maintainability of solutions. The position requires a federal DoD Top Secret clearance and a minimum of four years of relevant experience, plus a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Proficiency with ServiceNow modules (GRC, SPM, ITSM), App Engine, Scoped Apps, scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub is expected; experience with web services (SOAP/REST), Mid-Server, Agile methodologies, and ServiceNow certifications is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
- Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience
- Ability to commute to client or corporate offices within the Tampa, FL area
- Experience with ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps
- Strong experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
