Job Summary
As a ServiceNow Platform Developer within the Vantage Mission Critical Operations team, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing the ServiceNow platform for North American Operations. You will act as a key stakeholder, ensuring platform alignment with enterprise architecture and business goals. Responsibilities include onboarding and maintaining Configuration Items (CIs) in the CMDB, enforcing platform standards, collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions, and driving automation for maintenance and incident response. A Bachelor’s degree and relevant certifications are required, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture, development, and administration.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Required
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules (Request, Case, Change, FSM).
- Deep understanding of CMDB architecture, ITIL processes, and asset lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Data Import Sets.

- Experience with the critical facilities or operations industry.
- ITIL v4 Foundation or higher
