Job Summary
The ServiceNow Developer role involves building and enhancing ServiceNow capabilities, supporting incident and problem resolution, and ensuring platform stability and efficiency. The responsibilities include customizing the ServiceNow platform, configuring workflows, and supporting integrations while following best practices. Candidates should have 3-6 years of experience in ServiceNow development, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, strong communication skills, and hands-on technical development skills. It is essential to have experience with ITSM, CSM, FSM processes, scripting languages, and web technologies.
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in ServiceNow development and support
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong experience supporting live ServiceNow production environments
- Working knowledge of CSM, FSM, ITSM processes (Incident, Request, Change, Problem)
- Extensive experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide, etc.)
- Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, etc.)
- Experience with integration tools and techniques (REST, SOAP, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in MSP environments with high ticket volumes
- Experience supporting Agent Workspace or Virtual Agent
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS – ITSM/CSM/FSM)
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
