Job Summary
ServiceNow Developer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions (CSM/FSO) including modules, workflows, and catalog items; build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations via Integration Hub; customize with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; manage data imports/exports; provide troubleshooting, regression testing, and comprehensive technical documentation. Familiar with UI/React, CI/CD pipelines, Agile methods, and a focus on platform best practices; located in Hyderabad, India with in-person collaboration in a DXC environment.
Required Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (must have)
- ServiceNow development experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) or Financial Services Operations (FSO) REQUIRED
- Knowledge and/or micro-certification in at least one of: Playbooks Flow Designer Now Assist / AI Platform Analytics Predictive Intelligence Service Portal Catalog Items Automated Test Framework (ATF)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (preferred)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) (preferred)
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills in English
