Job Summary
Manage ServiceNow scripting, forms, tables, and navigation while collaborating effectively within SCRUM/Agile teams. Leverage hands-on experience with REST/SOAP web services and JSON to handle Service Catalog, Incident, and Change modules. Apply a strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement while working independently within global teams. Minimum 3+ years of JavaScript and ServiceNow platform experience required. Solid understanding of Problem Management, Asset Management, and CMDB is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in JavaScript and ServiceNow platform
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP web services
- Strong English communication skills

- Ability to work independently and within global teams
