Job Summary
Provide full spectrum support for ServiceNow development to ensure process workflows and wireframes are developed in partnership with the HAF/A1 sprint/DevOps team. Ensure tailorable dashboards, repeatable processes, and best-in-class user experience are fit for need for 89 CS and Government business requirements. Develop and implement IT Service Management, IT Business Management, and IT Asset Management modules and business processes. This role requires 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, a Bachelor's degree, and the ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification. Applicants must be US citizens with a current Secret clearance and undergo a security investigation.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years experience in software development focused on ServiceNow
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
- Experience with multiple development methodologies
- in-depth understanding of each stage of the software development and project life cycle
- ability to interact with customers and end users to identify and document requirements
- Experience with best practices for the full software development life cycle
- ability to work alone or as part of a team working collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders and customers
- strong communications skills (oral and written)
- strong desire to learn
- US citizenship
- current Secret clearance
