Job Summary
Lead the deployment of innovative ServiceNow solutions by analyzing system requirements and developing strategic implementation plans with cross-functional teams. Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet client expectations while identifying and mitigating risks associated with deployments. Guide teams in delivering exceptional client service, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in cloud operations. Uphold the utmost standards of quality and compliance in every deliverable. Address conflicts with clients, team members, and stakeholders, escalating issues where appropriate. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge cloud technologies and drive impactful projects that enhance business performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Up to 80% travel
Desired Qualifications
- Certification from a leading cloud or service management provider preferred
- Demonstrating working knowledge of Cloud platforms and technologies that make them work (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- Possessing working knowledge of IT Service Management and how it is implemented across different operating models
- Excelling in delivering solutions in dynamic environments
- Leading complex projects and integrating client feedback
- Guiding project delivery from scoping to conclusion
