Job Summary
Define and lead the technical architecture for a large ServiceNow data platform, including the Data Lake and reporting infrastructure. Govern the CMDB Taxonomy, oversee remediation efforts, and authorize production data exports while driving adoption of secure, sustainable data movement techniques. Partner with Platform, Discovery, Integrations, Compliance, and Business teams to align roadmaps, translate business needs into architectural strategies, and design compliant solutions for Cloud data representation. Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within ServiceNow workflows, staying current on product developments to recommend improvements.
Required Qualifications
- BE/BTech/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10+ years of hands on experience in data architecture, platform engineering or data management
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform data architecture
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)/Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certifications (e.g., Data Foundations, ITSM, HAM)
- Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and / or other BI platforms
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow data schema and architecture, especially the CMDB and CSDM
- Proven expertise in designing data ingestion, storage, processing and orchestration
- Deep knowledge of data modeling, data governance, data security and working with privacy regulations
