Job Summary
Design and implement solutions across ITSM, CSM, CSDM, ITOM, Time Reporting, and other ServiceNow domains. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Create project documentation including Low Level Design and estimate implementation costs while ensuring alignment with business goals. Provide technical and subject-matter support to the development team, manage product updates and roadmaps, and integrate ServiceNow with external systems and modules. This opportunity is for future projects within the Cloud & Application team, where you will help build enterprise-class solutions involving application analysis, design, and lifecycle management. Proficiency in English is required for daily client communication, and experience with Agile methodologies is essential.
Required Qualifications
- minimum 4 lat doświadczenia w pracy z platformą ServiceNow
- doświadczenia w przynajmniej jednym z obszarów: Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), Common Service Data Model (CSDM), IT Operations Management (ITOM Health)
- umiejętności przekładania wymagań biznesowych na specyfikację techniczną i architekturę rozwiązania
- znajomości najlepszych praktyk związanych z ServiceNow i wdrażanym modułem
- bardzo dobrej znajomości języka angielskiego (codzienna komunikacja z klientami)
- doświadczenia w pracy w metodyce Agile
Desired Qualifications
- certyfikaty: CSA, CIS ITSM / CSM / CMDB / CSDM
- doświadczenie z: integracjami z systemami zewnętrznymi
- projektowaniem Virtual Agents
- wdrażaniem Predictive Intelligence
- zaawansowaną analizą danych i Performance Analytics
- znajomość architektury danych oraz portfolio produktów w ServiceNow (szczególnie w kontekście Advanced Product Catalog i Order Management)
