Job Summary
ServiceNow Consultant responsible for managing a team focused on package software application development. Drives project execution and resource allocation, collaborates with senior management on departmental objectives, and contributes to the timely delivery of software solutions. Provides technical guidance to team members, participates in code reviews and enforces coding standards, coordinates cross-team communication, and helps identify and resolve project challenges. Requires strong leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities, plus experience with ServiceNow or related enterprise software, and relevant cloud certifications or advanced training as a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science) or equivalent
- Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
- Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
- Technical knowledge in package applications
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
- Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., PMP, CTO, or MBA) or advanced training a plus
