Job Summary
ServiceNow Consultant responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical ServiceNow solutions (ITSM/ITOM/SPM) for clients. Leads collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define strategic plans, and ensure solutions are tested and documented. Requires expert ITOM-Discovery certification, strong cloud, networking, and cybersecurity skills, and proven experience in architectural roles and account delivery. Excellent communication to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; seeks continuous professional growth in a collaborative DXC environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years relevant experience in ServiceNow (ITSM/ITOM/SPM)
- AI experience is an advantage
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 6 years in a similar technical architecture role
- Expert-level certification in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) - Discovery
- Strong technical skills in cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and within a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in an Account Delivery role
Desired Qualifications
