Job Summary
Lead the strategy, governance, architecture, and operational maturity of the ServiceNow CMDB platform. Own CMDB strategy/roadmap, ensure data integrity across CI classes, govern CI models and data sources, and enforce naming conventions and data policies. Collaborate with Discovery and Integration teams to automate data population, align CMDB with CSDM and service modeling best practices, and drive governance processes, maturity programs, and KPI dashboards. Provide leadership for CMDB operational support, platform upgrades, and architectural guidance for CMDB, Discovery, and CSDM initiatives. Partner with enterprise architecture, infrastructure, security, and applications teams to ensure accurate service mapping and data ownership, and define onboarding processes for new CI classes and integrations. Mentor technical teams and prioritize CMDB/CSDM initiatives with organizational goals, focusing on scalability, automation, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of ServiceNow experience
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CSDM
- Experience leading CMDB governance and maturity programs
