ServiceNow Business Engagement Lead

Job Summary
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and ServiceNow delivery teams, capturing and prioritizing requirements into actionable demand for Development and Platform Engineering. Own demand management and portfolio intake processes while leading project governance, including steering committee updates, RAID logs, and milestone tracking. Prepare executive reporting on delivery progress, risks, and outcomes to senior IT stakeholders, and define and track OKRs in partnership with the Hub Lead. Coordinate release planning to ensure stakeholder preparedness and support change management for new capabilities. Based in NA, this role drives release planning and OKRs to ensure the Hub delivers tangible business outcomes.

- Own demand management and portfolio intake processes
- Prepare and deliver executive reporting on Hub delivery progress, risks and outcomes
- Lead project governance activities for ServiceNow initiatives
- Define and track OKRs for the ServiceNow function
- Coordinate release planning with the ServiceNow delivery team
- Support change management activities for the business
- Build strong working relationships with business stakeholders, engineering center leads and the wider Global Infrastructure organization
