Job Summary
Gather and analyze business requirements to identify improvements, then translate them into user stories, epics, and technical specifications. Collaborate with developers and architects to design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions, including hands-on configuration of workflows, forms, and business rules. Support deployments, upgrades, and enhancements while performing UAT, system, and integration testing. Maintain documentation such as BRDs, FSDs, test cases, and SOPs to ensure quality delivery and stakeholder alignment. Requires 7+ years of experience with mandatory implementation exposure in modules like ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD within Agile/Scrum environments.

- 6 yrs ServiceNow experience (Mandatory)
- Experience in modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM
- Strong in requirement gathering & business analysis
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong communication (4.5/5) & stakeholder management
- Implementation experience (Mandatory)
