ServiceNow Business Analyst

Job Summary
ServiceNow Business Analyst to utilize extensive business process expertise to define and design customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will ensure development efforts are well documented and delivered with quality, owning the overall outcome of projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements, translating business requirements into technical specifications, assisting with client demos, working sessions, and workshops, maintaining documentation and Knowledge articles, contributing to projects addressing future concepts, and serving as the single point of contact for sprint work for the team of BA/BPCs. You will help direct more junior members, assist with managing SDLC ceremonies, and travel at least 25%.
Required Qualifications
- Business process experience on multiple ServiceNow suites and process areas outside of that suite within the ServiceNow platform
- Strong functional knowledge of multiple ServiceNow suites in addition to ITSM
- Able to discuss business requirements on integrations between ServiceNow and third party tools
- Certified System Administrator preferred
- Prior development and/or architecture experience strongly preferred
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong project and situational awareness
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Self-starter
- Able to travel of at least 25%
