Job Summary
Partner with government stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements for ServiceNow platform solutions. Translate needs into user stories, workflows, and specifications while facilitating elicitation sessions and workshops. Collaborate with developers and QA teams to support platform enhancements, manage backlog prioritization in Agile ceremonies, and assist with UAT, defect tracking, and user training. Create process diagrams, SOPs, and data analysis reports to ensure solutions align with organizational objectives. Requires U.S. citizenship, Public Trust clearance, and 4+ years of ServiceNow and Agile experience. Remote work across the continental US with 10% customer site travel.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
- Must reside and work within the United States
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a client-facing solution delivery environment
- 4+ years of experience operating within Agile development frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
- 4+ years of experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions and capturing stakeholder feedback
- 4+ years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow
- 4+ years of hands-on experience working with Jira
- 4+ years of hands-on experience working with Confluence
- 1+ year of experience supporting ServiceNow platform capabilities and workflows
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

- Strong data analysis expertise (e.g. comparing multiple large excel sheets for differences)
