Job Summary
Engage with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document requirements, translating needs into functional specifications and acceptance criteria. Design and document end-to-end business processes and workflows within ServiceNow, performing gap analysis against ITIL-aligned best practices. Act as a bridge between business units, IT teams, and developers to support configuration of ITSM modules, participate in UAT cycles, and manage defects. Facilitate workshops, provide regular status updates, and create functional documentation while supporting end-user training and post-go-live initiatives. This role requires 5+ years of BA experience with ServiceNow implementations and is based in Luxembourg City for a permanent position starting ASAP.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
