Job Summary
Lead the architecture and design of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business goals, industry best practices, and platform capabilities. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, define governance standards, and develop technical roadmaps supporting long-term platform evolution. Evaluate existing processes for automation opportunities, lead proof-of-concept initiatives, and provide mentorship to developers and administrators. Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems while staying current with releases to assess organizational impact. Requires 8-16 years of experience and ServiceNow certifications. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience architecting and implementing ServiceNow solutions
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification
- Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM)
- Proven experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and custom applications
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, including integration patterns, security frameworks, and scalability requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong leadership skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
