Job Summary
Advanced ServiceNow Architect to design and maintain ServiceNow platform architecture for a European Agency; define architecture standards, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure performance, security and scalability of the platform. Responsible for design of integrations and interoperability with external systems, providing architectural guidance to development teams, supporting implementation and improvement projects, and producing/maintaining technical documentation. Based in Warsaw, with extensive experience (minimum 8+ years IT, 3+ years in ServiceNow Architect roles), and a Higher education degree plus ServiceNow CSA or equivalent; strong ITSM knowledge and capability to work with REST, Web Services, LDAP, SSO, and modelling tools (Sparx EA, ARIS). English fluency (C1) required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of IT professional experience
- At least 3 years in a similar ServiceNow Architect role
- Higher education degree (minimum Level 4)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent
- Strong experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and design
- Good knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Experience with integrations (REST, Web Services, LDAP, SSO)
- Experience with modelling tools (e.g. Sparx EA, ARIS)
- Understanding of complex systems and interoperability
- Knowledge of IT security standards
- English: C1 minimum
